Self protection training
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

It can happen at any time, that you get into a situation in which you are confronted with an aggressor.
Through the self-protection training you exude certain self-confidence and have a confident demeanor.
That alone often has a de-escalating effect! However, you are well armed even in the event of a physical argument.
The self-protection training primarily imparts knowledge of self-defense, but also
physical fitness and mind are trained and strengthened at the same time.

Self-confidence and self-esteem are specifically strengthened
Everyone, regardless of gender and age, can suffer from lack of self-confidence and lack of confidence
Suffer self-esteem.
Every martial arts student experiences success during their training through the advancement and recognition,
which he gets.
These sense of achievement strengthen everyone's self-confidence and self-esteem.

You get to know yourself and learn to overcome your limits
In training, body and mind are equally challenged in order to learn certain skills.
After a few months of training, these training measures, which initially challenged you, appear
not to be a problem for once. You grow beyond yourself!

Courage
In self-protection one is very often confronted with new things. That takes some effort and the will, to face it.
Week after week you become safer and feel better and more courageous!
Something like that also reflects on everyday life outside the dojo, even on life as a whole.
You grow beyond your inhibitions and expand your comfort zone.

Respect
Practicing martial arts is about learning to respect yourself and others.
Despite different origins, professions, affiliations or religions, one learns to respect oneself
and one's counterpart.
By training with and against each other, you develop both healthy independence and a strong team spirit.
Values and discipline are taught.

Fitness
A big and very important side effect of self-protection training is physical fitness.
The type of training promotes strength, speed, endurance, coordination and is thereby a
absolute fitness all-rounder!

Self-protection training for security guards

Due to the ever lower inhibition threshold for violence, self-protection is becoming more and more important.
This applies to private individuals to the same extent, as to specialist staff employed in the security sector.
Effective self-protection cannot and should not only consist of one technique / type of combat.
Variables such as distance, type of attack, armed or unarmed combat, against one or more aggressors etc.
are factors which require a wide range of knowledge and skills, in order to be able to effectively protect oneself (self-defense) or third parties (emergency aid).

Ranged combat, close combat, ground combat, throwing and lever training, fixation techniques,
defense against weapons as well as the use of weapons and aids are only part of what our training / education entails.

Self-protection training for people with visual impairments

Here, an effective and already proven combat training was designed, which is specifically aimed at people with visual impairment.
Training is provided, on how to recognize dangerous situations early on, despite this handicap, and how to avert them very skillfully.
Emotional control, methodical hand-to-hand combat, tactical use of aids such as the white cane are only a small part,
of what the students are allowed to acquire as knowledge in this special combat training.

Self-protection training for women

Due to the supposed physical inferiority, women are more easily forced into the role of victims and thus more often find themselves in dangerous situations.
The violence emanating from the aggressor is not necessarily only physical, but very often also psychological in nature.
In emergency situations the brain switches itself off, the stress increases and one acts irrationally.
Emotions such as fear or even panic dominate one and control over the situation is lost.

Learn how to assert yourself mentally and physically.
Become more self-confident and learn how you can act or react correctly in every situation and how you can confidently protect yourself
and also your loved ones, against any kind of violence.

Self-protection training for children and adolescents

The attacks against children and adolescents were, are and will be a critical issue for every parent.
Many young people, regardless of gender, are often passively or even actively victims of physical violence and coercion.
Especially in a still formative age, body and psyche can be equally easily weakened by the exercise of power by older people,
groups, or even individual people in the form of mobbing, inappropriate approaches, bullying, stalking and much more.

The acquisition of knowledge about martial arts, in addition to the main effects (effective self-protection, strengthening of the personality),
also has a very important side effect, which is the knowledge of what one is able to do with the own body (with or without any aids).
This creates a healthy level of self-confidence, you don't feel insecure and therefore you are a strong presence.
This strength that one exudes, very often has a discouraging and thus preventive effect.
Boundaries are drawn, which can be defended verbally and, if necessary, non-verbally.
